This CD was produced in 2008 by the Saint Pio da Pietrelcina Community Choir and Schola.  It contains various pieces of liturgical Music from throughout the Church year.  The CD begins with a magnificent organ prelude and continues with various Christmas music, such as the hymns “What Child is This?” and “Tolite Hostias.”  The music that follows is taken from Lent and Easter and includes the passionate plea “Parce Domine” and the magnificent “Gloria” from Mass I.  The CD concludes with ordinary music such as the hymn “Michael, Prince of all the Angels.”  The choir and schola made use of the talents of the following community members in the recording of the CD: Fr. Laurent Demets, Mr. Robert W. Clayton, Mr. Jim Mirabella, Miss Emily Byrne, Mr. Clayton Ore, Mr. Ian Witter, Mr. Joshua Witter, Mr. John Horton, Mr. Russell Kargel, Mr. David Sonnier, Mrs. Penelope Witter, Miss Anne Mahoney, Miss Angela Mahoney, Miss Margaret Mahoney, Mrs. Anne Kootz, Miss Claire Sonnier, and Master William Sonnier.
